Residential Conveyancer

Role: Residential Property Lawyer Location: Telford Working Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy conveyancing team based in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with at least 3 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) to take on a varied and high-quality caseload with genuine opportunities for progression. The Role: The successful candidate will manage their own full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages and new build transactions Transfers of equity Leasehold extensions (preferred but not essential) Landlord & Tenant work (desirable) You'll be expected to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain high standards of client care while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
