Legal Director We have a new opportunity within a dedicated recoveries team at a leading Insurance Firm in Birmingham. The team is looking to recruit an experience Solicitor/Legal Director to handle recoveries arising from property/construction related losses. The team are looking for lawyers who have strong litigation experience in this field, and who would relish the opportunity to be part of building a new team. Required Experience: Previous commercial/insurance litigation experience with a focus on property/construction matters. Claims handling experience is ideal but not essential. Willingness and enthusiasm to play a role in the development of client relationships and of the practice as a whole. The team handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, and provide a range of specialist legal services, for many industry sectors but we have particular expertise in litigation and dispute resolution, especially in defending insurance and liability claims.
