EL/PL Solicitor
Leading regional firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to join their successful and growing Personal Injury team.

Our team of expert personal injury lawyers produce some of the best results in the industry. They pride themselves on providing a high level of customer service and understand how an injury can have an impact on clients' day-to-day lives.
Over decades of success, the department has received recognition from numerous legal institutions, including top tier rankings in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners in 2024 for Claimant personal injury work. The team continue to provide expert advice on the full spectrum of Personal Injury claims from relatively minor to catastrophic injury claims and have specialist teams dealing with for example cycling, military, industrial disease, cross border and catastrophic injury claims.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will have the opportunity to run an existing caseload made up of employers' liability and public liability (EL/PL) claims. Your other responsibilities will include:
assisting on higher valued cases.
financial management of cases and archiving.
taking responsibility for personal development and CPD training requirements.
keeping up to date with developments in law and procedure.
raising the profile of the team by attending relevant events and through engagement on social media.
supervision of more junior fee earners may be required, depending on your level of experience.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' post qualification experience (PQE). You should also be able to demonstrate:
experience of EL/PL claims work.
good working knowledge of relevant law and procedure.
legal analysis and research skills
