Clinical Negligence Solicitor Leading Legal 500 law firm in the heart of Manchester is looking to add an exceptional Solicitor to their growing team. To be considered for the role of Solicitor, candidates must have experience of managing a caseload of the full spectrum of Clinical Negligence matters or have gained experience of assisting in such matters during their Training Contract. They will also need to demonstrate: · An in-depth knowledge of legal principles and court procedures in relation to clinical negligence work. · The ability to prepare and plan cases at all levels of court in connection with clinical negligence work. · The ability to undertake advocacy before District Judges and where appropriate Circuit Judges in connection with clinical negligence work. · The ability to determine appropriately the need for experts, agents or counsel to be instructed upon issues which they are to address. great work quality, hybrid working and competitive salary.
