Healthcare Solicitor We have a new instruction from leading healthcare care team in the North East looking for an Associate based in Newcastle to work on NHS Resolution clinical negligence claims. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have an interest in this area to join a highly reputable Division, ranked in the top tier for Defendant Clinical Negligence in both Chambers and Legal 500. Team: The Healthcare division advise the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. The team advise on medical insurance coverage, health law advice and regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews. Clients: NHS Resolution NHS Healthcare clients Independent hospital groups and practitioners Cases Experience: 1-4 years'+ UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience* Previous claims and inquest experience Previous client contact and attendance at business development events Knowledge of insurance and coverage issues This is a leading team, who offer great work, flexible working environment and offer good progression opportunity.
