EL/PL Personal Injury Fee Earner

Personal Injury Fee Earner required to join this Sheffield based law firm. The practice is a unique law firm specialising in providing legal services to trade unions throughout Britain with a focus on employment and personal injury matters. Due to growth, a personal injury fee earner is sought to join the team based in Sheffield. The work will involve handling a litigated and non litigated caseload of employers' liability, public liability claims. You will take responsibility of progressing the files from inception through to completion so previous experience in handling EL/PL claims is essential. You will have previous experience drafting documents and assessing liability, causation and quantum. In return you will be offered a competitive salary along with good quality personal injury claims.
