Plot Sales Fee Earner - Northampton Location: Northampton Position: Plot Sales Fee Earner Salary: Competitive, DOE Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday A well-established and respected regional law firm with a strong presence across the Midlands is seeking an experienced Plot Sales Fee Earner to join their busy Real Estate team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving department with an impressive client base, particularly within the residential development sector. The Role: You will play a key role in managing high-volume residential plot sales for national and regional housebuilders. The successful candidate will have experience handling transactions from instruction through to completion, with a strong understanding of the unique pressures and timescales that come with developer work. Key Responsibilities: Handling a caseload of residential plot sales from initial instruction to post-completion. Drafting and issuing contract packs, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, and progressing transactions to exchange and completion. Working closely with clients (developers) to meet transaction deadlines and sales targets. Ensuring compliance with all procedural and regulatory requirements. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing. Experience working with developer clients or in a volume-driven environment is highly desirable.
