The Role: This role sits within a nationally respected casualty practice handling complex, multi-million-pound claims on behalf of major UK insurers and global corporate clients. Matters include: · Catastrophic injury and fatal accident claims · Claims involving spinal, brain, and multiple orthopaedic injuries · Indemnity, liability, and quantum disputes · Multi-jurisdictional and cross-border litigation You will be supported by a wider team of junior lawyers and paralegals, and will have the opportunity to manage your own files as well as assist on landmark matters led by nationally recognised partners.
