Plot Sales-Birmingham We have a role at a leading team in Birmingham for an experienced Plot Sales Fee Earner. This is an exciting time to join this market leading Residential Development Unit as the team continues to win repeat and new work from its impressive client base of recognised national and regional housebuilders. As a plot conveyancer in our established and friendly Birmingham based team you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and taking responsibility for your own plot sales matters with the assistance of a case management system. This is very much a client facing role where you can expect full encouragement and support in developing and maintaining those relationships. The team This is a leading residential development and urban regeneration legal team in the country acting for 18 of the top 20 UK housebuilders, institutional landowners such as Oxford University and other large-scale sector participants. The person Personality fit is absolutely key in this role and the successful candidate will be a personable, enthusiastic and confident individual with excellent client management skills.
