PI Solicitor

PI Solicitor We have a role for a PI Solicitor to join a specialist litigation practice located in Liverpool city centre and established for over 40 years. You must have a minimum 2-3 years plus claimant litigation experience. You must be able to handle, and have a proven track record of, taking claims through all steps to trial. Experience in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence or Housing Disrepair claims would be particularly relevant for this role. Rather than processing volume claims, the firms focus is on maximising outcomes for clients through their litigation expertise and high standards of service. The firm offer a generous bonus scheme based on billing which will add significantly to the basic salary on offer for a candidate with the ambition, drive and personal organisation the role requires. There is the flexibility to work remotely for one day per week if desired. The role: Running a caseload of pre- and post-litigation claims Comply with Pre Action-Protocols Draft Letters of Claim Collation of special damages Negotiation and settlement Liaise with counsel Issue Court Proceedings Manage all steps to trial Conduct enforcement proceedings If this is of interest dont hesitate to get on touch.
