Contract Litigation & Insurance Coverage Attorney - Dallas, TX Location: Dallas, Texas Practice Area: Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage Bar Admission: Texas (Required) We are working in partnership with a nationally recognized law firm, in the search for a highly skilled Contract Attorney to join its Global Insurance Department in the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of substantive experience in commercial litigation, catastrophic bodily injury claims, and insurance coverage matters. Exposure to both first- and third-party coverage, as well as defense-side claims and suits, is preferred. Additional experience with depositions, court conferences, motion practice, and coverage opinion letters is advantageous but not essential. Key Requirements: At least 4 years of relevant litigation and insurance coverage experience Familiarity with bodily injury claims and commercial insurance defense Excellent legal research and writing skills Texas Bar admission is required This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most respected insurance coverage practices in the country.
