You'll manage a high-quality caseload of mesothelioma and asbestos-related claims, supported by a first-class litigation infrastructure. Key responsibilities: Running your own caseload of mesothelioma and other asbestos disease claims (litigated and pre-litigated) Supporting the firm's business development strategy with a portable following of work or referral relationships Delivering high-calibre, empathetic service to clients and families affected by industrial diseases About You ? Qualified Solicitor (5+ PQE ideally, but flexibility for the right candidate) ? Demonstrated success handling mesothelioma and related claims ? Strong litigation skills and a proven record of client care and advocacy ? Must have a following or portable caseload/referral base ?
