Position: Associate - Serious and Catastrophic Injury Team Location: Flexible (Hybrid available) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are currently seeking a Serious and Catastrophic Injury Associate for a highly regarded international law firm. This firm is recognized for its excellence in handling complex, high-value personal injury and catastrophic injury claims. The successful candidate will support a dynamic and growing team, assisting on high-profile, multi-track large loss matters for a wide range of clients, including major insurers and claims handling companies. Key Responsibilities: Support senior colleagues in handling complex, high-value personal injury claims with a focus on catastrophic injury and coverage disputes. Contribute to the team's success by ensuring a comprehensive and efficient approach to managing large cases. Assist in managing motor liability claims, specifically defendant claims. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Work on cross-border matters with international offices, particularly in cases involving quantum investigations. Help enhance the firm's reputation by providing top-tier support and achieving business objectives. Required Experience: 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent), with relevant litigation experience in personal injury defence. Proven experience in assisting on large, complex cases in a team environment. Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. A keen interest in catastrophic injury and motor liability claims, with a focus on delivering modern, efficient solutions.
