Operations Manager
Overview:
We're working in partnership with a leading UK law firm in the search for an accomplished operational leader to head up their Serious Injury team. This is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for driving operational excellence, client outcomes, and commercial performance within a high-value, complex legal practice area.
The successful candidate will be a people-centric leader with proven experience in managing legal operations or similar professional services teams at scale. You'll be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the department, building capability, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with regulatory standards and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead, develop and inspire a team of Serious Injury professionals through a structured team leader network. Ensure individual and team objectives align with broader business goals, and drive high performance through effective coaching and accountability.
Operational Delivery:
Manage the day-to-day operational performance of the department, ensuring optimal resource allocation and early identification of performance shortfalls. Deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in a high-volume legal environment.
