This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior-level position at a firm known for its innovation, technical excellence, and commitment to client service within the insurance litigation space. The Role: The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing a varied and complex caseload of fraudulent claims, including but not limited to: Motor fraud Employers' and public liability (EL/PL) fraud Staged/contrived accidents Organised fraud rings You'll also: Supervise and mentor junior colleagues Provide strategic advice to insurer clients Contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the fraud offering Handle litigation strategy and trial preparation for technically complex matters ? What We're Looking For: 6+ years PQE with a strong background in insurance fraud litigation (claimant or defendant) Demonstrable experience managing complex cases with minimal supervision Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach Commercially minded, with an ability to provide strategic value to insurer clients A proactive, solutions-focused attitude to file strategy and cost control BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
