Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor Our client is a leading high street practice with an outstanding residential property offering. They are currently looking to recruit a residential conveyancer or solicitor to join its expanding residential property department in Sutton Coldfield. The Role: · The residential property team advise on all aspects of the conveyancing process managing a portfolio of loyal referrals, estate agents, repeat private clients and new build developers · You will run a caseload of varied residential property transactions to include; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property as well as shared ownership and help to buy, right to buy, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build sales and purchases Candidate Requirements: · Licensed residential conveyancer or solicitor or legal executive, part qualified conveyancers are also desirable · Ability to manage your own caseload of residential matters from instruction to completion, unaided Benefits: · Extremely competitive salary Hybrid working · Traditional legal setting with paralegal support · Free onsite parking · Town centre location · Pension · Private health care cover If you are an ambitious and determined residential conveyancer or solicitor looking for a new challenge with a leading regional law firm, this position may suit.
