In House Property Lawyer - Nottingham - 4 days per week on offer Are you a solicitor / Cilex Commercial Property (Real Estate) Lawyer interested in a very rare opportunity to take a step back from doing your day to day transactional work and instead apply your knowledge in a more strategic advisory role? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to help shape and mould the business' approach to it's commercial property portfolio. This business has a constantly evolving and expanding property portfolio, so this is an opportunity for you to use your property law knowledge in helping form and shape the company's strategy on property acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant, property finance and investment. You will still be doing some work on transactional real estate matters, but the true value you will have in this role is applying your knowledge in a more business minded way with the support of external law firms doing the transactional work. You will be experienced in dealing with transactional real estate matters from start to finish. However, what is imperative is the enthusiasm and desire to learn and build your skills, and be impactful in the business. The base salary is £50-55k and is a full time role, but the business will offer 4 days (0.8 FTE).
