In House Counsel - FTSE 250 - East Midlands (hybrid)

We are working with an international FTSE 250 business which has been on a phenomenal growth trajectory and is continuing on the same path! They are expanding into Europe and the USA and require a lawyer to assist on a mixture of commercial contracts i.e. B2B supplier and customer contracts, as well as assisting on corporate M&A, Joint Ventures and Partnerships. You will be reporting directly to the Legal Director, working with autonomy but with the required support. The sector is fast paced, so you will need to be someone who can balance legal risk against the commercial reward. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer already working in house, who is seeking to broaden their skill set with more exposure to the workings of a business. Or, it would also suit a Corporate Lawyer seeking to make their first in-house move, where you'll have the opportunity to work on big ticket strategic partnerships with major commercial partners, and also advise on B2B commercial contracts. The package includes a generous car allowance and bonus, as well as private medical. The business is operating a hybrid working policy and only requires 2 day per week in the East Midlands office.
