In House Commercial Property Paralegal - West Midlands

Our client is a Midlands based service provider and is looking for an enthusiastic Paralegal from either a Real Estate / Commercial Property, Planning or Construction background. You will be reporting into senior members of the legal team assisting and advising on a mix of property, planning and commercial contracts. The business is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, engaging and hard working who is eager to work in-house in a nice business with flexible working patterns. This opportunity is suitable for a career paralegal or an LLB/LPC graduate who has gained some experience in the above mentioned areas of law. The key is that you are a self-starter, organised and able to communicate effectively. The business is operating a hybrid office working policy, so it is a pre-requisite that you can commit to working 1-2 days per week in the West Midlands office.
