In House Corporate Lawyer - 1-4 PQE - Instantly Recognisable Brand - 80% remote We are working with an instantly recognisable business and award winning employer who are seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to work on a fantastic variety of corporate matters. You will be working in a highly supportive environment with the support of other senior lawyers in the business, advising on M&A, JV's, partnerships and Re-orgs! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer seeking a first in-house move, where you'll have the opportunity to work on big ticket strategic partnerships with major commercial partners. The base salary is a range depending on experience and package includes a generous bonus plus other nice benefits! The business is operating a hybrid working policy and only requires 1 day per week in the Coventry, Solihull or Nottingham office, so applications are encouraged from those who are able to commit to some office attendance in any of these locations.
