In House Technology Lawyer 4 - 7 PQE - Global Brand - B'ham

Are you a Commercial Lawyer with experience advising on IT/Tech/SaaS/Digital contracts, and wanting a high degree of exposure to complex and stimulating technology matters? If so, this globally renowned brand offers that in abundance! Technology is an enormous and fast growing area for this business, whose clientele include some of the biggest brand names in the world. You will be working within a fantastic infrastructure with both the In-house Commercial legal team, advising key stakeholders and the various business divisions on the technology issues arising out of the businesses project work for its key clients, which include global banks, world renowned tech companies and global retailers. You will be trusted with a high degree of autonomy in negotiating and advising on UK and international technology, software licences and SaaS contracts and working alongside key stakeholders across the various business units, who will need your advice to be commercial and useable. You will benefit from the support of a very well established in-house legal team. The business is operating a hybrid working policy and you will be expected to work in the Birmingham office 2-3 days per week.
