Legal Counsel - International Group - West Midlands

We're working with a renowned name and top player in its market who are seeking a commercial lawyer to take on an autonomous role within a well-established & supportive legal team. You will have responsibility for leading on business critical customer and supplier contracts, advising on bids and tenders & strategic projects, as well as others matters such as IT/Tech, GDPR, dispute management & corporate. If you are a lawyer wanting a true step up in the level of work on offer to you, this offers that. You will gain significant exposure to avising the different business units and key stakeholders. Those seeking their first in-house move are encouraged to apply as this would give fantastic learning and exposure but in a caring and supportive team. Or, for an in-house lawyer, seeking a step-up in exposure and responsibility, this could also be appropriate. You will be a minimum of 2 PQE and have significant experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. The business is best in the West Midlands and it is a pre-requisite that you are able to commit to 2-3 days per week in the West Midlands office. The office is commutable from Birmingham, Warwick, Worcester, Leicester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Gloucestershire.
