Legal Counsel - 2 + PQE - Tech / IT - West Midlands

We are working with a fast growing Tech/IT organisation based in the West Midlands in their search for a 2 + PQE Commercial Contracts Lawyer. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with significant commercial contracts experience to be able to catapult their learning and development. The role reports directly into the Head of Legal and would see you advising mainly on commercial / IT/ Tech contracts, but also working on corporate M&A matters, improving legal processes and procedures generally, and managing external law firms. You will have 2 + PQE and character wise, you will be someone excited by a challenge, robust, and keen on gaining a large amount of exposure to the key decision makers within the business. The role requires 2 days per week in the West Midlands office and is commuteable from the West Midlands and Gloucestershire.
