Legal Counsel - 2-4 PQE - International Services business

We are a working with a well-established, market leading international organisation operating within a highly regulated and essential services sector. Over recent years, the business has experienced sustained growth, driven by long-term partnerships, strategic investment, and an expanding service offering. They are now seeking to add a 2-4 PQE legal counsel to take on a varied, general commercial lawyer role. Reporting into the Head of Legal, the remit of the role includes: - drafting, review and negotiation of key supplier and customer contracts and bids/ tenders. - advising on regulatory / compliance legal matters - assisting on niche legal matters specific to the sector - managing internal stakeholders - managing pre-action disputes & liaising with external counsel This opportunity is appropriate for a 2-4 PQE commercial contracts lawyer seeking an opportunity to increase their learning & development.
