Senior Legal Counsel - 6 - 10 + PQE - East Midlands (Hybrid)

Our client is a leading UK services business which is growing at pace and looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel in what is a broad, commercially focused, and highly varied role. Reporting directly into the General Counsel, you will be responsible for: - Providing high-quality, commercially focused legal advice across various business divisions; - Leading on a broad range of commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements; - Advising on regulatory and compliance matters; - Managing disputes & overseeing external counsel; and - Contributing to strategic, operational, and cross-functional projects across the business. This role requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and act as a trusted advisor, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives. This opportunity would suit a qualified lawyer with approximately 6-10+ years' PQE gained in a strong law firm and/or in-house environment. The salary banding is a wide range and is reflective of the fact that this role is a senior role with significant autonomy. The wider package includes a generous car allowance and 20% discretionary bonus. There is significant home working on offer with a requirement for 2 days per week in the East Midlands office.
