In House Employment Solicitor - 3 + PQE - £55k - Remote

We're working with a growing professional membership organisation seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its established in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer to take ownership of a varied claimant-side caseload, representing members in disputes involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and other workplace issues. The role sits within a supportive team of established employment lawyers, contributing to meaningful work helping members with employment disputes. The role remit includes: -Independently managing a varied employment law caseload from instruction through to resolution. -Advising on claim merits, litigation strategy, remedies and settlement negotiations. -Drafting Tribunal documents, reviewing evidence and manage case progression & instructing & managing Counsel who are doing the advocacy. About you: -Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with 3 + years' PQE. -Strong Employment Tribunal knowledge and experience managing your own caseload. -Claimant-side or trade union experience preferred, although respondent-side lawyers looking to move into claimant work are encouraged to apply.
