Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate | Commercial & Public Procurement Leeds | Hybrid | 1-6 PQE | Award-winning team Join a leading, award-winning Commercial and Public Procurement team in the Leeds office of this major international firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused lawyer to work on nationally significant, intellectually rich projects with a strong public service element. The Role Drafting, negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts across health, infrastructure, government and utilities Working on high-profile procurement and outsourcing projects - often in the public eye Supporting cross-functional teams on strategic commercial matters including tech, transformation and joint ventures Advising on commercial risk and contractual structuring for both public and private sector clients Contributing to business development initiatives including tenders, client training and networking Option to mentor juniors and supervise depending on experience About you - 1-6 PQE Solicitor with strong experience in commercial contracts (strong NQ Solicitors will also be considered, particularly if you have relevant sector experience) Keen to work closely with clients and navigate commercial risk Public sector or healthcare experience useful but certainly not essential Procurement law knowledge a plus - or interest in building it Practical, solutions-driven approach to law Excellent communication and client-facing skills Why Join?
