There's a strong emphasis on public procurement, particularly under the Procurement Act 2023 and the new Provider Selection Regime, with rising client demand following recent reforms. You'll advise on high-profile procurement processes, draft contracts and framework agreements, support business-critical tenders, and collaborate with litigation colleagues on potential challenges.
