Insolvency & Restructuring Associate, Leeds We are working with the award-winning Restructuring and Insolvency team of this international firm in Leeds, who are looking to further expand their 2-partner team, with the hire of a further Solicitor at Associate level. What sets this team apart is the breadth of their practice. You'll be acting for - All the biggest IPs in the country - The largest LPA receivership practices - Major turnaround specialists - Interim advisers - Debt providers from high street lenders to independent debt funds - Investors - Major company boards The national team has strength & depth across all aspects of contentious & non-contentious Insolvency and Restructuring work, including - Financial & organisational restructure - Solvent or insolvent business sales and exits - Distressed M&A - Antecedent transactions - Dispute resolution - Asset recovery - Enforcement - Financial & operational change - Stakeholder management / turnaround - Debt trading - Directors' duties - Corporate governance If you have upwards of about 2 or 3 years' PQE in Restructuring & Insolvency, and variety is your goal, this team has it in spades, led by 2 highly personable partners with strong recognition in the Legal 500.
