Managing Associate - Employee Incentives (5+ PQE) Leeds A leading international law firm is seeking a Managing Associate to join its highly regarded Employee Incentives team in Leeds. This is a high-quality role advising on the design, implementation and operation of share schemes and incentive arrangements, and their treatment on major corporate transactions. The team works closely with corporate and tax colleagues across the UK and internationally, supporting M&A, private equity, IPOs and restructurings. The Role You'll handle a mix of transactional and advisory work, including: Tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged share schemes (EMI, CSOP, JSOP, growth shares, LTIPs) Corporate and tax structuring Regulatory advice and employee communications Public and private M&A support You'll manage matters with appropriate partner support, work on complex deals, and play an active role in business development and team growth. About You UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE Strong employee incentives experience from a law firm or accountancy practice Experience advising both public and private companies Commercial, confident, and ready to operate at Managing Associate level The Firm This international firm offers top-tier work, genuine responsibility and clear progression, within a collaborative and supportive culture.
