Restructuring & Insolvency Associate, Leeds We are working with this top tier firm in Leeds, who are looking to hire a junior to mid-level Associate for their thriving Insolvency & Restructuring team. The team is one of the largest in the region and covers all areas, including - contingency planning, turnaround advisory work, lender advice, directors' duties advice, distressed M&A, formal insolvencies (corporate and personal) and contentious insolvency work. They act on behalf of a broad client base, which includes - UK clearing banks, alternative lenders, private equity, debt funds, trustees, senior executives, shareholders, creditors and charities, helped by their extremely strong and well-established Corporate and Financial Services practices. There is real strength & depth in their Restructuring & Insolvency expertise, and it doesn't hurt that this is a really friendly and approachable bunch of lawyers. The 3-partner team is well-balanced and is now looking for additional resource at the more junior end.
