Senior Associate - Projects & Infrastructure Leeds | Newcastle | Remote (UK) Are you a commercially-minded Senior Associate with hands-on experience in advising on complex projects and infrastructure matters? A leading UK law firm with a national footprint is expanding its Projects & Infrastructure capability and is looking for a seasoned lawyer to join their team. They're open to candidates based in Leeds, Newcastle or UK-wide largely remote. You'll be: Advising clients across the public and private sectors on high-value infrastructure matters, including long-term frameworks such as PFI/PPP and related contractual arrangements. Working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams, working closely with commercial, real estate, construction and dispute resolution lawyers. Managing client relationships and contributing to business development activity. Providing pragmatic, commercially informed legal advice that adds real value to clients' outcomes. Who you are: A solicitor or legal professional with solid experience (typically 5+ PQE or equivalent) in commercial contracts and projects, preferably with PFI exposure. A strong communicator with excellent client handling skills. Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
