A rare opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, FILEX or an experienced Conveyancer to join a national conveyancing firm, on a full time, homeworking basis. THE FIRM Modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing Highly rated on both Trustpilot and Feefo Embraces technology: clients are able to track their case 24 hours/ day, 7 days/ week which improves the flow of communication Customer satisfaction and care is at the forefront of the firm and customers are regularly asked for feedback on their conveyancing experience THE OPPORTUNITY The firm is recruiting a residential property solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or an experienced fee earner to work as part of its expanding team You do not need to quote and generate your own business as you will be fully supported by the firm's in-house account and administration teams who will look after i.e. post completion for you freeing up your time to focus on your strength: conveyancing Depending on your caseload, you will be assigned your own legal assistant who will support you with all admin tasks such as file progression and liaising with clients to keep them updated You will be supported by the Head of Legal if you have any technical questions REQUIREMENTS 3 years + experience handling your own files (i.e. leasehold, freehold, re-mortgage, new build transactions) Self-motivated and able to work independently A keen eye for detail and high levels of communication are a must Enjoys working to volume whilst still providing a good level of service - you will not be thrown in at the deep end, depending on experience you will start off with 60-65 files and steadily increase once you are settled Able to work as part of and integrate into a small team that is social and supportive of each other BENEFITS Up to £45,000 depending on experience plus a quarterly bonus and annual percentage share of billings 22 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays Internal development & professional subscriptions to support your learning and career Private medical insurance and life assurance worth four times your annual salary APPLY NOW Please submit your application today, for immediate consideration for this opportunity to work at one of the country's leading conveyancing firms, on a full time home working basis.
