Family Paralegal - Morley or Birstall The Firm: -Sought after and established law firm with offices across Yorkshire -Close knit supportive team where progression is highly encouraged -Friendly team The Role: -You will provide direct paralegal and administrative support to the family department Main Responsibilities: ·Deal with new client enquiries ·Undertake aspects of fee earning work subject to supervision, including the preparation of Court bundles and utilising the Court processing systems including the HMCT's portal to prepare, submit and retrieve applications and orders ·Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up to date diary for fee earners in the Family Department ·Attend clients both in person and on the phone and provide such support in a professional, efficient and friendly manner Requirements: -Experience in working within a Family Department environment with previous family paralegal / assistant skills to a high level -Team-working skills and an ability to build positive relationships with a range of colleagues and clients -Excellent organisation Benefits: -Opportunity to work within a highly sought after law firm -Excellent progression within family law -One on one training with exposure to a wide variety of family matters For more information regarding this Family Position, please call Katherine Scarff on 07530737186 at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
