This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with flexible working available. Join a highly regarded team in the heart of Leeds, which sits as part of the firms national Real Estate practice. Their client base includes developers, corporate occupiers with multi-site holdings, property Investors, including family trusts, private office and global investment funds. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Associate/Solicitor seeking a varied and dynamic role. Areas of work include: - Land acquisitions including options and conditional contracts - Property investment acquisitions and disposals - Acting for landlords and tenants in connection with the grant of business leases; - Retail, leisure and healthcare development work - General management work to include dealing with surrenders, licences, easements, rent reviews, lease renewals and property finance. As the Leeds team sits as part of the firms national Real Estate practice, the successful candidate can expect ample opportunities to collaborate with peers and senior colleagues around the country on large national projects.
