Head of Conveyancing - Leeds The Firm: -Sought after Leeds city centre law firm -Regarded Real Estate team -Based in the heart of Leeds city centre The Role: -This is not volume you will be running a manageable caseload whilst supervising a small team -You will be leading and managing the residential conveyancing team, supervising solicitors, conveyancing assistants, and paralegals -Undertaking and overseeing end-to-end residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, transfers of equity, and remortgages. Ensuring continued compliance with CQS protocols, SRA regulations, and internal procedures. Acting as the main point of contact for audits and quality reviews.
