Residential Conveyancer - Huddersfield The Firm: -Established multi service law firm with offices across Yorkshire -Small and close knit team -Prides itself on building long lasting relationships with its clients The Role: -You will be running the full remit of conveyancing transactions from start to finish with full support of a conveyancing assistant -The caseload is varied and will include: * Sales and purchases * Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property * Extensive client contact * Re-mortgages * Leasehold flats * Newbuilds * Transfers of Equity Requirements: -You must be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Residential Conveyancer -Able to run both sale and purchase files from start to finish -Able to build client relationships Benefits: -Hybrid working with the chance to work 2 days per week from home -Flexible hours -Competitive salary -Support from a highly experienced team -Opportunity to work for a leading reputable Yorkshire law firm BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
