Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer-York Leading established law firm with two offices is recruiting a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced residential conveyancer to join its team in York. This is an opportunity to join close knit and friendly team. Ideally you will have over 2 years' experience however our client is willing to consider anyone who has strong experience in handling a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion. Our client is currently looking for an experienced conveyancer who has been handling a caseload and is able to build good client relationships in a busy environment. You will be working within a firm that has been built up over many years and in a firm that prides itself on offering an excellent service. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of dealing with a high volume of residential property files and be able to communicate on all levels.
