Family Fee Earner- Doncaster The Firm: -Growing and established law firm -Supportive and friendly team -Specialists in Family Law The Role: -You will be a Family Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Family Fee Earner who is keen to join a growing law firm -You will run a caseload of Family private matters from start to finish -Advising on divorce, separation and cohabitation disputes ·-Experience of Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 ("TOLATA") matters would be ideal but is not essential -Advising on pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements and separation agreements -Providing clear, practical and commercially proportionate advice -Drafting correspondence, statements, applications, agreements and other legal documents Requirements: -Ideally a Family Solicitor, Legal Executive or Family Fee Earner with experience in family law -Experience of private children and financial remedy matters -The ability to manage a varied and complex caseload with an appropriate level of supervision -The ability to take instructions, identify the relevant legal and practical issues and provide decisive, commercially proportionate advice Benefits: -Generous holiday allowance -Full or part-time -Flexible hours and hybrid working options available -Highly competitive remuneration package DOE For more information regarding this Family position, please call Katherine Scarff on 07530737186 at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
