Real Estate Solicitor A first class opportunity has arisen for a real estate solicitor to join one of the UK's leading law practices. The team: You will be joining an award-winning, multi-disciplinary team, ranked in the top tier by both Chambers and Legal 500. The Real Estate team provides a full range of transactional and advisory real estate services in both commercial and residential property, offering high-quality, commercial advice and support to a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors. The role: The team advise both public and private sector clients, as well as investors and end-users. Areas of expertise include commercial development, residential development, estate management, asset management and investment, occupiers, real estate finance, regeneration and social housing. An existing caseload awaits, this will include a range of work. Plenty of support and supervision is offered and the successful candidate is guaranteed to learn from some the region's best real estate lawyers. The candidate: The successful candidate will be 1 - 4 years PQE with a solid academic record. You will be expected to actively participate in the firm's efforts to cultivate new and existing clients; to continue to improve your technical skills and your understanding and application of the professional standards required of you as a lawyer; and to contribute positively to the culture of the firm.
