Real Estate Energy Lawyer A fantastic opportunity for a real estate solicitor with a keen interest in the energy and renewables sector to join a top international practice in Cardiff. If you have a solid foundation in core real estate and an interest in the innovative energy sector, then please apply! The is a permanent role, full time and part time considered with flexible working. The Opportunity: This global practice has a market-leading energy team and is the largest of its sort in the UK. This opportunity is to work for developers, buyers, sellers and a full range of onshore and offshore technologies including wind, wave and tidal, solar, biomass and nuclear power stations. The team is friendly, supportive and highly experienced in real estate energy projects. You will be working with a team of experienced real estate energy specialists undertaking a range of land transactions and advisory work. The work will include advising at all stages of the life cycle of energy and infrastructure projects including development, acquisition, disposal and funding (including those of national and international significance).
