Business Acceptance Analyst Leeds Salary negotiable + Benefits BCL Legal are delighted to be working with this Multi Award Winning Mid-Tier Law Firm in Leeds with their search for a Risk and Compliance//Business Acceptance Analyst. Our client's Risk and Regulatory team plays a fundamental part in the firms Business operational activity and due to its continued success are now looking for an additional Compliance and on boarding Analyst. With significant changes affecting the legal profession, this firm is paving the way for innovative compliance and risk management practices and procedures, with one of the most innovative and technically excellent teams in Yorkshire. They recruit people who can think independently, engage with colleagues at all levels and help to further integrate risk management processes into the culture of the firm. The Role ·Manage the day to day task relating to all aspects of Client inception processes; ·Conduct independent research on clients, and undertake all Client Due Diligence (CDD) checks in line with the money laundering regulations; ·Work in collaboration with partners and fee earners on specific CDD requirements and risk issues relating to anti-money laundering and CDD ·Reporting into the Head of Risk and Regulatory you will: ·Identifying, analysing and resolve any conflicts of interest to stakeholders of the firm. In addition to the above you will work in close collaboration with the wider team on all aspects of Anti Money Laundering and Due Diligence in addition to advising on and dealing with client and third party complaints. In addition you will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of AML and be an effective trouble-shooter.
