In this role you will play a leading role in complex mergers and acquisitions, while advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters across a diverse portfolio of industries. This firm engages with both domestic and international clients and in this role, you will oversee the entire transaction process, take the lead in negotiations, and mentor more junior attorneys.
