What your day-to-day will look like
* Conducting thorough and comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case/transaction preparation and strategy.
* Drafting well-written and reasoned legal documents, including briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
* Assisting and Managing complex cases or transactions from inception to closing including preparing for trials, negotiations, settlements, closings, and other legal activities while continuously demonstrating strong judgement.
* Building, maintaining, and cultivating strong client relationships by providing support and advice whilst addressing concerns promptly and with the utmost professionalism.
* Working collaboratively with other lawyers and business professionals to support and develop innovative case and transaction strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
About you
You will have:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant structured finance role
* Be admitted to the state bar of your desired office location
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
* Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Sound business judgement and a commercial mindset.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Confident and persuasive communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
