What your day-to-day will look like: You will work on a broad range of structured finance and securitisation transactions, advising financial institutions, lenders, issuers, investors, and other market participants on complex financing matters. Responsibilities will include: · Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents. · Advising clients on structured finance, securitisation, lending, and related financing transactions. · Managing key workstreams on active deals and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. · Conducting transaction due diligence and assisting with deal execution. · Collaborating closely with partners, associates, and clients on a variety of asset-backed and structured finance matters. · Supporting business development initiatives and helping build client relationships. About you You will have: · Minimum of 4 years' experience in structured finance or related finance transactions. · Strong deal experience from a law firm environment. · Experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar financing structures. · Exposure to a variety of asset types and transaction structures is preferred, though not required. · Excellent drafting, analytical, and client management skills. · Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
