Alongside their commitment to exceptional client service, the firm are deeply invested in charitable outreach, pro bono work, and community engagement Key responsibilities of this role: - Assist with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. - Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and corporate governance documents. - Support capital markets transactions and securities law compliance matters. - Conduct due diligence and manage transaction processes from inception through closing. - Collaborate closely with clients, advisors, and internal teams to deliver practical legal solutions.
