The Firm A top100 AmLaw international law firm operating in the US, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa are looking to appoint a civil litigation attorney to join either their New York or D.C office. Following unprecedented growth in the first quarter of 2026, this firm are seeking an attorney to work across a variety of complex legal matters, including healthcare litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations. This opportunity sits within one of the firm's most respected practice areas, advising healthcare providers, health systems, life sciences companies, and other healthcare stakeholders on high-value disputes, investigations, and regulatory matters. In this role you will receive significant client exposure and hands-on responsibility including drafting motions and pleadings, conducting legal research, managing discovery, developing litigation strategy, and supporting trial, mediation, and arbitration proceedings. About you You will have: - 4 to 7 years of Litigation experience, with health care experience being advantageous - Experience drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, managing written discovery, and conducting legal research - A proactive and collaborative approach to complex legal matters - Excellent academic credentials with excellent organizational, written, and analytical skills. - Must be a member of the State Bar for the office to which you are applying or be eligible for admission via waiver.
