What the role looks like day-to-day * Managing transaction processes from inception through closing, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents. * Leading due diligence workstreams and coordinating specialist teams across employment, tax, real estate, regulatory, and other practice areas. * Advising clients on corporate governance, financing structures, and strategic business initiatives. * Supporting debt and equity financing transactions, including lender-side and borrower-side matters. * Taking an active role in client communications, helping to drive deals forward and providing practical, commercial solutions to complex legal issues. * Working directly with entrepreneurial businesses, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and established corporates across a range of industries. About you You will have: * Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. * Experienced in corporate transactions, commercial finance, and debt and equity capital markets matters. * Confident managing multiple transactions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable taking ownership of workstreams and driving matters forward with appropriate supervision. * A strong communicator with excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Commercially aware, solution-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality client service. * Collaborative in their approach and eager to contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture. * Motivated to continue developing technically and professionally within a sophisticated corporate practice.
