The role: · Work primarily alongside attorneys in the firm's Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. · Collaborate across patent prosecution, trademark, software licensing, technology commercialization, and antitrust practice groups to deliver integrated, industry-specific legal strategies in line with the firm's cross-disciplinary approach. · Assist with all phases of discovery - including written discovery, document review, and preparing fact and expert witnesses for deposition in technically complex matters.
