Commercial Litigation Associate

I am currently working with a Chambers ranked firm in Albany who are looking to expand their Commercial Litigation team with a particular focus on construction. They are ideally looking for someone with 4+ years of experience to come in and hit the ground running. A position like this would either suit someone already based in Albany or someone who is looking for a slight change in pace from working in the city. A bit about the firm: · Chambers ranked in the construction space · Strong and supportive Associate-Partner relationships · As they are a smaller outfit, there are a lot of opportunities to gain a good level of responsibility A bit about the role: · Drafting and negotiating construction contracts · Litigating commercial claims, complex multi-party disputes, labor law defense, tort actions · Working across the whole litigation lifecycle If this role sounds of interest and you meet the above requirements, either apply directly or reach out to me on louiseedwards@bcllegal.com
